Hen of the Woods marinated with orchids, bergamot, lillies, and other flowers
lasagne was homemade noodles veggies, ricotta, mozzarella, locatelli

scallop shells filled withsnow crab claws, shrimp, and scallops, all wild caught, seaweed and wine sauce.
salad: cipione onions, cucumbers,watercress from my pond, and who knows what else.

Of course baklava. Greek wine. The kids mostly didn't like any of it.
